After posting the math and reading swap, I've had lots of people asking where their K-2nd swap bags are.
It generally takes about 2 weeks from the "mail by" date to turn around the swap. This allows about a week to wait for all the boxes to come in, time to create any fill in activities if needed, and get the busy bags all sorted and reshipped.
All that to say, your busy bags should be shipping out to you very soon. The packages for my group will be mailed out tomorrow.
